Seller Agreement

1. Introduction

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") governs your listing and sale of tickets on the MunDeals.com platform, operated by WHY NOT SPORT FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates.

By listing tickets for sale on MunDeals, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to the general Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Verification

To sell tickets, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement.

You are required to verify your identity by submitting valid identification, proof of ticket ownership (such as original order confirmation), and a valid payment method (credit/debit card).

We reserve the right to approve or reject seller accounts at our sole discretion.

3. Listing Tickets

By listing a ticket, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and have the legal right to sell the ticket.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the ticket, including event name, date, location, seating information, and delivery method.

You must not list counterfeit, duplicated, or unauthorized tickets.

4. Pricing and Fees

You are responsible for setting the sale price of your tickets. MunDeals may charge service fees or commissions on each successful transaction, which will be deducted from your payout.

You will be informed of the applicable commission rate prior to listing.

5. Delivery Obligations

You agree to deliver the sold tickets to the buyer within the specified timeframe and using the agreed delivery method (electronic or physical).

Failure to deliver valid tickets may result in cancellation, refund to the buyer, and suspension or termination of your seller account.

6. Cancellations and Invalid Tickets

If the event is cancelled and the organizer authorizes refunds, you may be required to refund the buyer accordingly.

If a ticket is found to be invalid, duplicated, or not delivered, you may be held financially responsible and subject to penalties.

7. Payments

Payments for completed sales will be processed after the event date or upon confirmation of successful delivery, depending on the transaction type.

Funds will be transferred to your designated account after deducting applicable fees.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your ticket sales, including VAT or other local duties.

MunDeals does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes unless required by law.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in any activity that violates laws, infringes intellectual property, or undermines the trust and integrity of the platform.

This includes listing fraudulent tickets, manipulating prices, or creating multiple fake accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

MunDeals is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your misuse of the platform or violations of this Agreement.

Our liability is limited to the amount of commission collected on the relevant transaction.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your seller account at any time for breach of this Agreement or if we suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

You may request closure of your account by contacting support@mundeals.com.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
