Terms and Conditions (User Agreement)

1. Contracting Party

This Agreement is between you and WHY NOT SPORT FZCO, a company incorporated in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates (UAE), operating the website MunDeals.com. All services are provided outside the territory of the UAE. By using our services, you agree to this User Agreement.

2. About MunDeals

MunDeals.com is a ticket marketplace that allows users to buy and sell tickets. We do not own the tickets listed by users and we are not responsible for the events themselves. MunDeals acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the occurrence or quality of any event.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or listing a ticket.

4. Listing and Selling Tickets

To sell a ticket, you must prove ownership through valid documentation and provide a valid credit card. By listing a ticket, you represent that you have the right to sell the ticket and will deliver it in accordance with the listing terms.

We may remove listings or suspend sellers for violations, suspicious behavior, or upon buyer complaint.

5. Buying Tickets

By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a direct agreement with the seller. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of ticket details before purchase.

6. Prices, Fees and Charges

Ticket prices are set by sellers and may exceed face value. MunDeals adds applicable service fees, delivery costs, and taxes.

The total purchase price will be shown before checkout. Sellers agree to pay MunDeals a commission from successful sales.

7. Payment and Delivery

MunDeals processes payments via secure third-party payment providers. Payments to sellers may be withheld until successful event completion or ticket verification.

Tickets may be delivered electronically (e-tickets) or physically, depending on the listing. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Cancellations and Postponements

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that the event organizer has confirmed the cancellation and authorized refunds. MunDeals is not the organizer of the event and does not have control over event cancellations or postponements. As such, we rely on the policies of the event organizer to determine whether a refund will be issued.

In the case of a cancelled event, we will attempt to notify you as soon as we receive confirmation from the event organizer or the seller. Refunds, if authorized, will be processed using the original payment method, and may take up to 30 days to appear depending on your payment provider.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in such cases unless explicitly approved by the event organizer. It is your responsibility to verify the new event details with the organizer or venue. We do not guarantee refunds or compensation for postponed or rescheduled events.

MunDeals is not liable for any costs associated with cancellation or postponement, such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses. We strongly recommend that you check the refund and cancellation policies of the event organizer before purchasing tickets.

In all cases, the final determination regarding refunds rests with the event organizer and/or seller. MunDeals facilitates communication and processing but does not guarantee any specific outcome.

9. Guarantees and Disputes

MunDeals offers a Ticket Guarantee: if a buyer does not receive a valid ticket in time for the event, we will attempt to replace it or issue a refund, subject to verification.

Disputes must be reported within 72 hours after the event, with supporting evidence.

10. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or resale of counterfeit tickets. Such actions may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on MunDeals.com, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of WHY NOT SPORT FZCO or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

MunDeals is not liable for damages related to event cancellation, delay, venue issues, or ticket problems beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid by the buyer.

13. Data Privacy

We collect and process user data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.

15. Amendments and Contact

MunDeals may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes.
