1. Overview

At MunDeals, we are committed to providing a secure and reliable ticket marketplace. Our Ticket Guarantee ensures that buyers receive valid tickets in time for the event, or they will receive a comparable replacement or a full refund.

2. What We Guarantee

- You will receive your tickets on time for the event.

- The tickets you receive will be valid for entry.

- If a problem arises, our support team will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include replacement tickets or a refund.

3. In Case of Invalid or Undelivered Tickets

If you do not receive your tickets or they are found to be invalid (e.g., already used, counterfeit, or do not match the event), you must contact us immediately at support@mundeals.com.

We may request evidence such as venue confirmation or a written denial of entry. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours after the event.

4. Resolution Options

- If time allows and comparable tickets are available, we will offer you replacement tickets.

- If no replacement is possible, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price, including service fees and delivery charges.

5. Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to issues beyond our control, including:

- Event delays or rescheduling (unless the organizer cancels the event without rescheduling)

- Buyer error (e.g., incorrect email address or shipping info)

- Inability to attend the event due to personal circumstances

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for providing valid, deliverable tickets. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including refund liability, loss of payment, account suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.

7. Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the original purchase price of the tickets. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including travel, accommodation, or other related costs.
